Renovations and Additions to a Historic G. Lawrence Stimson Estate in Pasadena

Originally built in 1917 by architect G. Lawrence Stimson who was also the architect of The Wrigley Mansion, which is now known as the Tournament House, we were very careful with all of our additions and interior renovations to honor the original design of this historic house in Pasadena. The kitchen and family area is a blend of mid century modern and industrial design with wrought iron finishes, wood paneling, and linear furniture. The house also has a basement screening room with mid century modern furniture, abstract artwork, and has a full bar and pool table which makes it a sophisticated place to entertain many guests. The cabana adjacent to the pool has a full changing room, a fireplace, a tv, an outdoor barbecue and bar, and a pizza oven suitable for outdoor entertainment and dining.
